Administrative Coordinator - The Design Studio - Part Time

Job Purpose

The Design Studio is a leading provider of bespoke kitchen and bathroom solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and high-quality products to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team and support our growing operations.

Main Duties

Administrative Coordinator responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  •          Set up deposit accounts and process customer deposits.
  •          Monitor the purchasing inbox for supplier acknowledgements.
  •          Verify supplier acknowledgements against purchase orders and liaise with sales to resolve discrepancies.
  •          Update BT to align with Southfork receipts.
  •          Notify sales when orders arrive and coordinate delivery with customers if no fitters are involved.
  •          Assist in raising supplier or shipping claims when necessary.
  •          Process returns and credits against the salesperson’s ledger.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • A proven history of being a successful Administrative Coordinator role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess a collaborative mindset and work well as part of a team
  • Time management abilities and capable of meeting deadlines
  •  Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Up to date on industry trends, as well as laws and regulations
  •  Ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers and industry contacts
